3 day tour of Lahore experienced by Party bus Portland Oregon
Day 1
At the agreed time, we will pick
you up from your hotel to begin our first day touring Lahore's most iconic
places accompanied by our English speaking guide provided by Party bus Portland Oregon.
Our first stop will be Miner-e-Pakistan,
a huge minaret over 60 meters high representing the freedom and independence of
the Pakistani people. From there, we head to the mosque Badshahi Masjid, also
known as the Mosque of the Emperor. We will find out why by marvelling at her
beautiful silhouette, which makes her one of the icons of the country.
Later we will travel to Lahore Fort,
also known as Shahi Qila, to enjoy one of the best examples of Mughal fortress
in Pakistan. After this tour, and before returning to the hotel, we will take a
tour of the renowned Lahore Food Street to enjoy the traditional smells and flavour’s
of one of the city's busiest streets.
Day 2
In the morning we will pick you
up from your hotel in Lahore to continue our guided tour in English. We will
stop first at the Wazir Khan Mosque, one of the most famous mosques in the
country and one of the best examples of Mughal architecture.
After visiting it, we will relax
and enjoy nature by visiting the Shalimar Garden, a beautiful garden that will
allow us to enjoy an oasis of calm during our 3 day visit to Lahore.
Our last stop will be at the
border of Wagah Border, where we will admire the military ceremony that takes
place there every day and in which the Pakistani and Indian army participate. At
the end of the ceremony, we will escort you back to your hotel.
Day 3
In the morning, we will come to
your hotel to start this last day of guided tour in Lahore. We will visit the
Lahore Museum in which we will have the opportunity to admire some of the most
beautiful historical pieces found in Pakistani archaeological sites.
Then we will continue our
historical tour in Lahore with the Tombs of the Governors and Kings of the past.
It is an imposing mausoleum where the Mughal emperor Jahangir is buried, for
example.
Afterwards, we will be
overwhelmed by Pakistani culture by venturing into the heart of Lahore, in the
famous Aanarkali Bazar market. On site, you will have the opportunity to find
all the souvenirs you want to bring back from your trip, and at a good price.
